 oil refinery at sidhpur Gujarat.Company is primarily engaged in the business
 of solvent extraction,refining of edible oil and vanaspati manufacturing. At
 present company has 680 TDP of seed processing, 600 TDP of solvent extraction
 1200 TDP of refining and 200 TDP of vanaspati manufacturing.

 4 Funding part of our long term working capital.   
 5 Brand building activities
 6 Investment in increasing warehousing capacities and continuous capex for
   existing unit.
